LISE VACHON > MASTER CLASSES

FEBRUARY 27 > MARCH 9 / 10 A.M. > 12 P.M.

in collaboration with > Tangente [Lise Vachon will perform at Monument-National from March 8 to 11]

Based on the principles of the Release Technique, Lise Vachon's classes work on the dropping of weight; lines of energy directed in space; mechanics, efficiency, and fluidity of movement; notions of extremities and initiation points for sequential movement, as well as the awareness of one’s focus.
