BCN_MTL [Barcelona_Montréal] is an artistic project initiated by La Caldera [Barcelona] and Circuit-Est centre chorégraphique [Montréal] to support intercultural and intergenerational exchanges, dialogue, and collaboration between two emerging artists and two experienced artists from different countries. It consists of a series of residencies in Spain and Québec between 2011 and 2013.
For this first part, young choreographers Marie Béland and Roser López Espinosa will pair up with performers Inés Boza and Louise Bédard respectively, for whom they will create a seven-to-ten-minute piece.
