Agora de la danse

The Faces of Dance are back for a third season as a "happy hour" from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Friendly encounters, where you will be able to meet and exchange casually with key figures in contemporary dance before discovering new facets of their life and career, in words and images!

After studying at the l'École supérieure de danse du Québec, Sophie Corriveau began her career at the Theatre Ballet of Canada, and then joined Montréal Danse from 1989 to 1993. As an independent performer, she has also worked with Jean-Pierre Perreault, Louise Bédard, Sylvain Émard, Harold Rhéaume, Alain Francoeur, Catherine Tardif, and Manon Oligny, amongst others. Sophie currently teaches at LADMMI, l'école de danse contemporaine, and is a rehearsal director for Daniel Léveillé danse and Le Carré des Lombes.
