Additional charges

In the case of a false security alarm infraction signaled by a studio or the dressing room door, charges of $85 plus taxes will be billed to the renter. Please note that after three false alarm infractions, the renter will be prohibited from using Circuit-Est studios.

These charges will also apply if the renter leaves the street or dressing room door unlocked or open.

IMPORTANT: Cancellation or modification charges apply upon signing the contract as follows: 25% of the cancelled hours' fees will be charged if notification is given between 6 and 2 weeks before the 1st day of rental, and 50% if notification is given less than 2 weeks before.
