SUPPORTING CREATION

Circuit-Est centre chorégraphique offers the following measures to support creators in the contemporary dance milieu :

• Spaces for creative work available at reasonable cost to choreographers and performers
   
• Residencies
   
• In-Kind Contributions

The Residency program consists in offering emerging artists and companies 40 hours of studio time to work on their new creation.

To get a residency, send us your application before March 1st, 2011. A committee will examine all applications and grant the residencies in the following weeks.

To apply, send the following documents to info@circuit-est.qc.ca:

• the project description;

• a list of the artists and partners involved in the project;

• the choreographer's biography;

• a video of a recent creation (optional);

• an ideal rehearsal schedule between July 1st and December 31st, 2011 (40 hours);

• dates of presentation already planned.
